As a Defender Trophy Competitor for 2026 North America market, I was thrilled to be selected among 10,000 applicants. I decided to live up to the original Trophy competition by crossing the continent. In this case, from Texas to BC Canada. Along the way, I heard some noise from my rear wheel. I stopped in LR Flatirons and was immediately seen to be evaluated. Within hours, My vehicle was diagnosed with bearing problems. The team at Flatirons include Dan and Kyle went to work and ordered the parts to ensure I will make it to Canada for the competition. They rushed the part overnight and went to work the next day. Instead of waiting for the parts, they took out all of the damage components and prep the vehicle for the next day. They fixed the problem and I was happy to be back on the road. I arrived on time in BC Canada and competed in Wave 1. Thanks Flatirons Land Rover team for making it happen.

My friend Marta bought a 2020 Range Rover from this dealership in December 2025 . It’s been only 4 months. It had only 53k miles and it stopped working for no reason. Start/stop switch stopped working . My friend called the dealership and they told her there’s no warranty to get deal with it. It’s ridiculous. It’s been only four months and they should have had at least 1 year of warranty for that luxury class car. She was so frustrated.
I was thinking to change my car to Range Rover also soon because I really liked her car’s comfort ,and its color but after this happened , I will definitely think one more time if I want to go with them..
Had a great experience at Land Rover Flatirons. Devin in the sales dept & Lucas in financing made the entire process simple from start to finish. I called about a vehicle, confirmed it was on the lot, test drove it, and was driving it home in less than 24 hours. Devin was very attentive throughout the process, and Lucas was thorough with all the paperwork.
The car was fully cleaned, prepped, with a full tank. Smooth, straightforward, no hassle!

I purchased a vehicle from Land Rover Flatirons just four months ago, and it has already developed serious mechanical issues despite very limited use. A vehicle from a luxury brand should not fail in such a short time.
When I reached out for support, I was told there is no warranty or responsibility available to address the issue. This has been extremely disappointing and frustrating as a customer.
I expected a much higher level of quality and accountability from a dealership representing Land Rover. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
I am sharing this review so other buyers are aware of my experience before making a purchase here.
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Land Rover service, and I feel it’s important to share.
Since having an engine replacement done, my vehicle has had repeated issues—specifically with the purge valve system. This is now the third time I’ve brought my car in for the same concern, and the problem still hasn’t been properly resolved.
During my most recent visit, I was told the issue involved the evaporator hose, which I had previously noticed was being held in place with a zip tie. I brought this up during my second visit, and Jeff assured me that while it “wasn’t a Land Rover thing,” he would take care of it. Unfortunately, that never happened.
Now, I’m back again with the same hose detached and the same underlying issue unresolved. What’s even more disappointing is that I’ve been charged multiple diagnostic fees for what is clearly the same recurring problem dating back to December. There has been no lasting fix—just repeat visits and repeat charges.
At this point, it feels like there’s a lack of accountability and follow-through. I expect a premium brand like Land Rover to stand behind their work, properly repair ongoing issues, and not repeatedly charge customers for the same unresolved concern.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience has been both costly and incredibly inconvenient.
