    Rude employee. Such a disgrace. First time customers and we pulled back and left. We were telling the employee there’s no sign that the left lane is express only if he can assist us but he was obnoxious at best—he told us that the attitude is not needed right now. What an incompetence. Bad culture being promoted. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

    I bought a membership online. I’ve gone into this location two different times and they cannot find my membership even though I have my credit card that is currently getting billed and a bank statement. Staff wanted me to call or email somebody to fix the issue when it should not be my job to do. Due to the lack of customer service, I am canceling my membership. Fyi they do not make cancellation easy. There is no general phone number listed or email listed to cancel. I am waiting for this location to call me back.

    My husband and I used the car wash on December 23 in the afternoon The attendants were very kind, upbeat and cheerful! Nice when someone treat seniors this way! Thankyou!!

    ***** updated 12/16/25 ***** I saw the response from take5 and although I didn't think it would do any good I called the number they provided. It was an annoying phone tree designed for you NOT to talk to someone. I finally got the right combination and talked to someone that had no idea what I was calling about. After explaining it all again she said "I will escalate this to the district manager and he will call you or text you". It's been 6 days and NOTHING. soooooo "on brand" for this establishment. I have been a member here for 10 years with an annual membership since they were called car wash USA. For the last five years I've struggled with renewing because there's always something broken or something missing or they are closed when they should be open. It doesn't matter which location I choose; Brighton, Thornton, Broomfield, Westminster… There is always either a vacuum broken or the actual wash is broken or they aren't open on time so I can't get my car washed before I go to work. I'm finally sick of it, I'd rather pay more somewhere else where I can actually get my car washed when I need it and not be turned away after driving there.

    Don’t bother. They are always closed because their equipment is always broken. This review stands for all 3 locations within 30 minutes of me, seems like a company issue.
