I arrived for my rental at 1215 pm he pulls up screams I'm on my lunch break I've told you a thousand times he said. Then slams door continues to eat.So I patiently wait for him to be finished he then proceeds to scream and yell to the point that I was about to catch a charge. I've never been treated in such a manner and I hope you don't either. This manager should not be in customer service for he is not fit for the job. I'm sure I'm not the first customer this person has treated in this manner.

I returned the truck on time and handed the key to the lone employee, but I received a voicemail a day later that I did not return the truck. They are closed on Sunday and Monday and the voicemail only provided the world-wide phone number for contact, not the Broomfield location. The sole employee was great and working as fast as he could. I cannot fault him. Truck was in great working order.
