  I particularly appreciate the proactive communication on my rental to illuminate any surprises on my end. Thanks to Nolan and the team there in Broomfield. I wish all customer service was as good as what they provided.

  Could not care less that their roadside assistance put me in danger. 1) can't find you, their links to find you don't work. 2) they wanted me to get our and find the mile marker as I'm broke down on I-25 North in the middle of wyoming, 3) kept insisting on me giving a cross street (there are NONE in I-25 in the middle of Wyoming) 3) told me to call 911 and hung up on me 3x. Finally was able to give them my location by finding where I was on my phone, got the tow truck but then the tow truck driver fobs me off onto his "friend" to drive me to the nearest Enterprise that was open 65 miles away. He is not an authorized person, no one knows about this person, he could have easily done something not nice to me. I had no other options as their roadside assistance is clueless. Enterprise is telling me we don't have GPS in the cars. Why don't you? Then Enterprise person at this location thought it was good idea to tell me all the benefits of roadside assistance. Not the time. I asked for a corporate contact information and was told to look it up on google. This is a very shortened version of how horrific their roadside service was and how just how much Enterprise doesn't care about if their roadside puts you in a dangerous position. Doesn't care. Oh but he gave me back a few days on my rental so I guess that's what my life is worth. Thanks. By the way, they know at this location that their roadside is not good (was told by one of the employees as I'm on the side of the road stuck after their "assistance" kept hanging up on me), the tow truck driver told me they're horrible, the person at the Casper WY Enterprise where I was finally able to get the replacement also told me their roadside is horrible. Difference is, Casper WY Enterprise guy got on the phone with his supervisor and told her what a horrible inexcusable experience I had and actually gave me her card. Unlike Broomfield who told me to "google it". So now you sincerely apologize for how I was treated. Your agent couldn't do that and, worse, wanted to tell me the benefits of your roadside assistance, the same one that I just finished telling you that it failed me and left me unsafe. But thanks for the clearly canned response, you couldn't even bother to write something unique to my situation, you did a copy and paste and directed me to corporate.Well, at least that's more than your agent did. He couldn't even do that when I asked for a corporate contact.

  I recently rented a car from this Enterprise location and had a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and professional from start to finish. Lex was extremely kind and helpful, she assisted us with our reservation and clearly walked us through all the details, making the process smooth and stress free. Matthew was also wonderful and made the checkout process very quick and easy, which we really appreciated. On top of that, Ian was kind enough to give us a ride back, adding an extra level of convenience to the experience. Overall, the entire team was very friendly and helpful. We truly had a great experience, and if we’re ever back in the area, we would definitely rent from this location again.

  Great experience. It was super easy to get to the location and check in and out. Staff was friendly. Car was clean and ran well. I did prework online prior to car pickup which really made the process quick. I was not pressured to add any extras. I would recommend this location.
