From the start, the employee acted like he was annoyed when I asked him to test my battery to see if it needed replaced. He reluctantly went outside with us, and it did in fact show I needed a new battery. Went inside to price out new batteries, and before we even asked them to install it he said, "oh and we can't install this here today because it's too cold outside and we might get sick." It was 45 degrees out- so not "cold" by Colorado standards at all. He clearly just didn't want to do it. We decided to leave, went down the street to a different Autoparts store and bought a battery there instead where they had no problem taking 5 minutes to install the battery. Don't advertise a service if your employees are too lazy to provide it.
