    I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Jenna, the manager. We had a small issue with an item, and she handled it quickly and professionally. She was very helpful, patient, and made sure everything was resolved. I really appreciate her excellent customer service!

    What a nice store just moved to Broomfield and needed a new headlight, spoke with Zane he answered my questions about brightness options. He also told me about a no hassle replacement on them which I signed up for since I was already spending good money. Nice to know I have a friendly car store to go to now.

    CONSUMER BEWARE Be cautious when purchasing parts from this location, especially if you’re unsure about the exact fit. We were told to purchase two different spark plug wire sets because the employee wasn’t sure which one would work. Due to an inventory error, we only received one set—and unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong one. When my husband returned to the store to exchange the incorrect part, he was left standing at the counter while the employee continued using the computer and ignored him. When he finally got the employee’s attention, he was abruptly told about the store’s “no return” policy on electrical components. This was never explained to us at the time of purchase, and we were specifically told we might need to try more than one part to find the correct fit. The part had not been installed and was still in its original condition. The employee was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. Frustrated, my husband left the store. For context, both of us have over 10 years of experience working at NAPA Auto Parts, and I also spent nearly five years at Advance Auto Parts. We understand store policies, customer service expectations, and how parts sales typically work. In our experience, this situation was handled very poorly. When I later returned to speak with the store manager, Zane, the interaction was equally disappointing. He was confrontational and unhelpful, and even accused my husband of hitting customers. When I asked to see video proof, he refused and then informed me that the part had already been thrown away. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience with both staff and management. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

    Came in for an oil change and got a great deal on a oil filter and oil, the two guys were very helpful answering my questions even though they were super busy today. You gained a customer!

    I bought 2 sets of ignition wires at this store because my vehicle came with two different style of coil and I didn't didn't know which style mine was. I bought both sets thinking I would bring back the set I didn't use. When I went back to return that said set they would not give credit, said they don't return electronics. I am a mechanic and have been in this situation before and had no issues returning ignition wire. They look to see if they are still in factory package and not installed and then give me credit. This parts guy at this store wouldn't even take the time to put his phone down and look at me. I will never go back to this store again and would advise nobody else to go there either! There is a AutoZone, O'Reilly's, and a NAPA just down the street. Go to one of those instead at least you'll get good service.
