  What a terrible experience. Don’t bother going here, go to advanced auto parts 4 minutes away. I went in for a battery diagnostic and Yvette was the one who tested my battery, only said I had a bad battery, then told me I need to get it replaced elsewhere. Then walked away before I could ask other questions. She appeared annoyed and irritated the whole time and wasn’t helpful.

  The young man who I presume is the boss cause that was mister Bill my attendant had referred to him the boss a light skinned African American kid was rude and had a crappy attitude was on his phone or sharpening a knife or whatever he was doing and looked annoyed when bill asked for help i believe this young man needs I refresher course on customer service and to be written up for crappy customer service

  The lady at the front desk named Yevette Cortez was less then pleasant, I asked for a diagnostic and she spoke to me like she thought I was stupid and that I was a huge inconvenience for asking her to do her job. It was clear she hates her job and anyone who walks in.

  Guys are super nice. The female manager is an absolute nightmare. Even tv guy helping me made a comment as she walked away mid transaction and just left the part on the counter.

  Just stopped in to get a new battery for my truck. Gideon was super helpful after having a not so great experience at a different store down the road.
