They have broken my skid plate twice, the first time they called me a liar and said it was my fault so I left it alone, I replaced it myself. Went in again with a brand new skid plate and heard them say something about zip ties and in less than 2 hours it fell off on the highway and was destroyed again being held on by zip ties. I went back and talked to the manager and was giving the rim around about needing to get approval from the district manager to replace..? It has now been 4 months and still no response… I also had 2 of the screws on the air filter box snapped off and of course they now denied that as well ( I’m guessing that’s why when they said I need a new one they didn’t show me the old one) very very disappointed
