I was sent official Jiffy Lube confirmation emails confirming my time and date, as well as official text messages. I received additional confirmation emails the day before the appointment. I arrive at my 9:00 am appointment time to find they were closed and did not open till 10:00. I waited the hour, only for them to tell me they do not honor the online schedule system. I said okay, I’ll just jump in line now. They then informed me they were not able to do brakes that day. So the whole thing was a waste of time and no one seemed to care that it cost me most of my morning. Zero stars. See my confirmations attached.
