My daughter was told 885 dollars. Are you all insane? The parts are 32 bucks each ( ac delco). Even if your labor was 100/hr your still only at 400 including parts. You see a woman and think you you can take advantage of her. Its terrible. You should be ashamed.

- CSCO Secret ShopperJan 30, 20261.0Not sure what type of business they’re running here but I had a very interesting interaction over the phone with 3 employees here. I called in early Jan. to see how much it would be to install tpms sensors on my vehicle and they told me they couldn’t guarantee that they could program them if they’re not OEM but they would try and it would be $60-66 for the install. I was just shopping around to see how much it would cost but it was not a bad price so I kept them in mind for when I was ready to do it. I called today to double check how much it would be since I was now ready to do it and the person who answered the phone was a different gentleman than the one I spoke to the first time. I asked him the same thing I did the first time I called and he said it was $85… thought it was a little odd that the price changed but nonetheless I was still going to take it to them, that was until the gentleman said they weren’t going to guarantee they could program it. At this point I was disappointed in how my experience was going over the phone so I decided I wasn’t going to take my vehicle to them anymore. I called my husband to let him know and he said to take it to them anyways since I needed them replaced soon. So I called again and this time a gentleman by the name of “Will” answered, told him the same thing I told the previous 2 gentleman and was interested in making an appointment for the following day. To my surprise he let me know they actually don’t replace TPMS sensors unless you buy theirs… allegedly that has “ALWAYS” been his “stance” on aftermarket sensors and they don’t do that work. Hmmm… 3 different people, 3 different answers and none of them were making any sense. Very disappointed since I planned to bring all our vehicles here since they’re all in need of replacing their sensors soon and unfortunately we’ll have to go elsewhere.
