  DJ was great!! Had a mix up with Johnson’s auto turning in the car but DJ took care of everything and got it handled for me!!

  Had an excellent experience with Enterprise at this location from start to finish. The process was simple and transparent. DJ and his team were friendly and very professional. The vehicle was great. Their customer service truly stood out. This team goes beyond expectations. I will definitely be renting from them again!

  I used this location multiple times. But after this last experience, never again. I was given a Jeep that was covered in mud on the bottom, looking like someone went off roading, at the end of the week after being rear ended, and once the weekend hit, I drove it on the interstate and noticed the back end of the vehicle swerved and felt like it would fishtail. I called the location to notify them of the issue once they opened after the weekend. They said unfortunately they did not have a car, so they would call me back once they did. Meantime I was stuck with a car that would randomly fishtail. Then it began making a popping noise if you turned. Still no car available. After two weeks of driving this car that increasingly became more unstable and noisy, I finally had enough and called and demanded a new car. Shockingly they had one available, meaning they weren’t going to tell me. I showed up to exchange the Jeep and told the lady, Jessie, I believe is her name, only one who was super helpful, my issue with how they gave me a car that was not the most suitable and to no one called me so I had to keep reaching out. She said it would not be an issue and to not worry about the Jeep. Now they want me to pay for the issue when they knew something was wrong with the Jeep. Absolutely not. My insurance contacted me, I provided proof of the many calls trying to get a new vehicle, and the first call just days after getting the vehicle that showed the second I drove it on the interstate that they knew they had given me a faulty vehicle. They put the lives of me, my family and anyone I drove by at risk. And now I’m expected to pay. Absolutely not.

  I was so frustrated with my rental experience until Jesse at the brighton office was able to turn things around for me. She is a good asset for this office. I liked the way she was able to help with pricing as I had to pay out of pocket. Overall, this employee exceeds expectations and is a valuable asset to the organization.
