It’s the location I live closest to, and for how much memberships cost, the way they maintain this location is despicable. Neither of the two automatic washes hardly ever work, and when they do the dryers never properly operate if at all. I’ve had a few times within a couple of weeks where it’ll cover your car in soap for the prewash and then never initiate a rinse cycle leaving your car completely covered in soap. The touch screens they somewhat recently installed are a pain to deal with and never register the options you’re trying to select. A buddy of mine had the trunk lid scratched by one of the overhead sprayers. The self wash bays are always dirty and filled with trash and debris. And they also hardly ever work properly and have the same issues with the touch screens. You’ll be trying to select or change functions and won’t ever register as your time counts down due to the fact that members only get 10 minutes to self wash. I’d highly recommend another location or to go with a different company altogether. For $40 a month it’s insane how neglected this location is and has been this way for a couple years at least.

- PMPaigeLeigh MUANov 7, 20251.0I’ve been here 3 times now and each time the vending machine won’t accept card or tap to pay, reboots constantly, or freezes. I’ve also had issues with the touchscreens working with both the auto wash and the hand wash options where the screens lag or freeze, or they are just blank and white. Doing the Autowash mid-wash it froze and none of the lights were working, I had to leave before my wash was even complete. At least two of the vacuums have had issues with suction, I mean complete waste of money, won’t even pick up dust. Sadly this is a convenient location for me, but I will be going to a different car wash in the future.

I went the other day 1 bay was broken so I got a wash in the bay that was "working" and it didn't even dry my car off. I pay for a monthly service and everytime I go something else isn't working.

Tried to use the other vacuum but the app glitches so much with ads I couldn't. This spot used to be much better before the new setup.
