- SRSpencer RayJan 11, 20262.0Usually a good experience and I’ve been a member for over a year. Vacuums are sometimes faulty so only some spaces work well for vacuuming. I definitely didn’t expect to spend $30 to wash my wife’s car today and leave smelling like an ashtray since employees allowed a man to smoke an entire cigar in the cleaning area. It is also pretty hard to cancel membership online or over the phone since no one answers.
