  2nd location 3rd bay and all foam brushes dont work. Wasted time waiting fot brush to work and never did. Just bubbleed At least the soap gun works this time. But the water pressure is horrible. Horrible experience you're just Waisting your time by using Autowash. Please don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

  How many more negative reviews will it take before something is done about the dryers? This seems to be an ongoing issue at your automatic car wash.

  This place is useless - nothing works as it should in the self serve, and the customer service provided on the phone is even worse. Reached out for a refund and they tried to blame me for not knowing how to detect what’s broken and what is not. The gentleman servicing the place however is very helpful.

  Worst company ever. Their customer service is so awful. We joined the membership in 2022. We had it for a few years, and last year we decided we did not want it any longer but had missed the deadline to cancel. When I called in I couldn't get a refund. We let them know that this would be the last time I would ever pay them anything an to cancel our membership. We did not even use their services at all last year. Every time we went the bays were broke, vacuums were full so had no suction, an when they did work, wait time was always over 40 min long. The reason for this post is because they pulled another payment an said they had no record of us even calling. They wanted us to show proof of calls or text messages about the cancelation. Mind you this was a year ago. PLEASE go to another car wash that appreciates their customers, and don't just treat them as a yearly pmt. They again did not refund me even after speaking with the manager Riley. Believe me, this time everything is documented!!! Shame on you.
