I had a reservation booked two months in advance and received a call two hours before my pickup saying they didn’t have a car for me. I had to scramble to figure out alternative transportation.

He took the time to listen and made sure all my questions were answered. It really felt like he did everything he possibly could to make sure I was taken care of. I truly appreciate the effort and support. In my opinion was of the best worker there his hard work shouldnt go unnoticed.

P.s. if you are gonna be shady, do a better job at being shady. U sent the correct invoice first and then the false one later. Laughable!
