This wasted so much of my time. I called the insurance company to report this and that I can't do business with Safelite since I can't reach a human being and that they should not be recommending this company to customers. Edit 12-23: Their reply is exactly the problem... they clearly don't want you to speak with a person on the phone, they want you to go their website or talk to an AI. I had a very specific need where I needed to speak with a person and a chatbot just isn't going to solve it!! :facepalm:
