I was instructed to bring my car in for an estimate between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. When I arrived at 1:40, I was told I had to be there at 1:00 sharp and had missed it. The soonest they could reschedule was eight days later. Clearer communication would have saved me a wasted trip and a week’s delay.

The process was incredibly smooth and user friendly from getting an estimate, dropping off the car and getting a rental through picking up my fixed car. Luis and Jon provided 1st class service and they did an outstanding job! Will definitely come back if we need repairs in the future. Thank you!

I know because when I blocked my number I got through. Then you only talk to a receptionists who says I am only a receptionist. When you ask for a manager they say you are breaking up. They have repeatedly told me the car would be ready in a couple of days, then when you call in when it is supposed to be ready, the answer is always that it will be done in a couple of days. Same answer for weeks now. I can't believe they are collecting revenue ....total sham operation. AVOID GERBER BOULDER ALL COSTS!!!
