  Did not work. Called customer service and the only thing they said they could do was to restart the station, but that was not possible because there was another car charging at the same time. Another awful EV go experience.

  This was hard to find. The GPS directs you to an adjacent smaller parking garage but that's not the one it's in. It's in the larger one that has one huge main floor level and it's located kind of in the middle of the whole garage (off the central corridor. The first time i tried it never connected to my car and canceled the transaction but worked the second time. I got two 55$ charges so hopefully that will resolve itself? Also I couldn't figure out how to use the app....it was very unclear. So I just used a credit card. Look for signs for 3 West and you'll find it.

  The chargers in the garage, while nice to be under cover…you MUST HAVE THE APP to use this station. Will go out front (Near 5Guys) to the Charge America units next time.

  Not easy to find, it's in the parking garage across from the entrance to the movie theater, pretty far into the garage. There's one free charger and an EVGo station, I used the free option and it worked great!
