  They provided excellent service that many other locations couldn't. This branch is now my favorite in the state. Many thanks to Lianne and Brett. I really appreciated their friendly and sincere approach, solution oriented mindset, quick actions and thorough follow up. I wish every employee had this level of dedication.

  After hours drop off is available (not listed on Enterprise site). The well-lit parking lot is shared with an auto repair and a massage place, possible to get towed if you're not in a labeled Enterprise spot. The manager advised the best place to park for a few days, no issues for me. I rented a car that had a slow leak in 1 tire, manager quickly upgraded me to an SUV at no charge after I circled back. Both vehicles were clean and in great shape apart from that. Friendly and efficient all around.

  Why go anywhere else? I have consistently good service no matter what local location or airport I rent a car from. And when on the rare occasion, things don’t go quite right, Enterprise staff always are courteous and accommodating. I can always count on the staff to work to make things right. Not the cheapest always, but im a “get what you pay for” kind of customer, which is why i always check Enterprise first when im needing a vehicle at home or while traveling.

  There were two people working at the Arapahoe store Location in Boulder, a man and a woman and they both seemed like decently nice people. When I arrived, I went in to tell them who I was and the man took me to the all-wheel drive car that I requested. The first thing I noticed was that the tires were bald and its winter. The young woman who works there was literally out in the parking lot chipping away at ice so people wouldn't fall and break their neck. I said to the man, “The tires are bald”. He went back inside to get a tread depth gauge. Technically there was still tread left on them but not enough to drive in the mountains in the snow. We used to call tires like these baloney slicks. The fact that he brought out a tire depth gauge does not negate the fact that these so-called all-season tires are bald. Tires like these kill people on highways, especially in mountain driving when it's snowing. There was nothing that he could do about it of course and I don't blame him for these extremely junk tires that Enterprise had on this vehicle. It took everything I had not to break out laughing when he brought out his tire tread depth gauge. The next day it snowed at my house which is at 8,500 feet In elevation. I got stuck in my driveway with these baloney slicks that Enterprise thought was a good idea to put on a car that's being driven in the Colorado mountains. I couldn’t go to work because driving down the Canyon would have been way too dangerous on these terrible tires. Of course, I wouldn't have been able to if I wanted to since I got stuck in my own driveway. Fortunately, I had traction boards to get myself unstuck out of the driveway. It's wintertime in Colorado Enterprise, let's put the correct tires on the vehicles for the correct season not these all-season junk tires that are on the vehicle you rented me for $330 for seven days.
