  John was extremely helpful today along with the other employees. He explained what basic work that needed to be done; as well as, how to better maintain my car for the future. I thought my car was on its last legs but turns out it’s not! I wasn’t scammed or sold anything disingenuous. I highly recommend coming here!

  I've been getting service done here mainly out of convineience and not once did I ever feel talked down to like in other experiences with auto shops. The recommended repairs and offers never felt like a sales pitch, but out of genuine knowledge and understanding of the lifespan of the car, milage, etc. Seating area is kept clean and tidy

  SCAMMERS! I went to this establishment to get an alignment after I bumped a curb and my car was driving strangely. My regular mechanic was unavailable for a few weeks, so I came here to get it fixed. The employee then told me I'd bent my struts, and it would be 1250 dollars to fix. Luckily, my regular mechanic was able to get me in last minute, and proceeded to tell me my struts were perfectly fine and the only work I needed was a wheel alignment (which is what I originally suspected and why I came to Brakes Plus in the first place). On top of that, he told me fixing bent struts would be around 800 dollars. So not only did this place want to charge me 450 dollars more for replacing struts than my usual mechanic, in reality they wanted me to throw down 1250 dollars for a problem that didn't even exist! First rate scammers! You should be ashamed of yourselves! I wonder how many other people have been talked into paying out the wazoo for work they didn't need simply because your staff deemed them an easy target. I''ll never come back here and have warned my friends and family about this place.

  We brought our Mini into this new location. Unfortunately they weren’t able to do the specialized repair we needed, but they were very upfront about what they found, they held the vehicle for us while we made arrangements, and helped us tremendously when we picked it back up. Despite not getting the fix there, it was very refreshing to deal with honest brokers who took time to help us out!

  Great experience, can’t recommend them enough. John who runs the place is nothing but a stand up guy. I was struggling with finding a reputable mechanic that could work on my truck, and not cost me an arm and a leg. I found my place with Brad the mechanic. Brad was incredible to work with, got the chance to hear some stories and share some laughs. I’m 24 years old and they were nothing but fair and honest, do not bother looking around anywhere else if you don’t have someone you already trust. I will be back (hopefully not too soon) but this will be the new spot for friends and family! Thanks John and Brad!
