Technician Brad did an excellent job taking care of my vehicle—everything was handled professionally and thoroughly. The work included fixing the driver-side axle shaft, passenger-side axle shaft, rear and front differential fluid, oil and filter change, air filter, and radiator fluid. The car runs smoothly, and I feel confident in the quality of the work. Manager John was especially impressive—he was very knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to clearly explain what was needed and why. His honesty and professionalism made the whole experience stress-free. If you’re looking for reliable service with skilled technicians and excellent customer care, I definitely recommend Brakes Plus.
