Instead of following proper protocol and waiting until the customer picks up an item, they mark items as picked up. This makes it difficult to get a refund on an order and it’s very dishonest. Do better.

My recent visit to the Boulder store was just the latest of several unsatisfactory experiences (spanning several stores).

When I walked up to the locked door it was exactly five minutes before the posted closing time on a Saturday. Since I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and where it was located inside the store, it would have taken me only one minute to grab the item and get it to the register. Now I am a very unhappy customer and unlikely to return.

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.
What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
