    Being somewhat of a popup location in Avon, this Enterprise branch offers a great service for anyone in the area who might need a rental without having to travel to a more full-service location. That said, Luke, who seems to run this location singlehandedly, offers a top-notch customer service experience. He's gone out of his way for me on multiple occasions now and truly is an incredible asset! Great guy, great cars, amazing service... you can't go wrong!

    Took forever to get the car . Staff was overwhelmed. Lack of knowledge of what to do. Car was dirty inside and outside. Lower your expectations before you go in.

    Worst rental car experience we ever had. When I arrived to pick up the car I had reserved a month ahead, I was told that they did not have any cars available. No alternative was proposed because "my bosses do not care about people" according the employee working there. I definitely do not recommend this location.

    I had a great experience with Enterprise. The process was very smooth and efficient from pickup to return. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire rental. The vehicle was clean, well maintained, and exactly what I expected. I also appreciated how quick and easy the return process was. Overall, excellent customer service and a very convenient experience. I would definitely rent with Enterprise again and recommend it to others

    Amazing experience!!! Luke was so accommodating and made our trip back home a breeze. We had a medical emergency and unfortunately had to rent a car last minute. I cannot rave enough about the customer service we received and the positive attitude he had.
