They communicated with Geico on the insurance estimate. Additionally, they go the extra mile to delight a customer. We live on a ranch at the end of a long dirt road. We took our Macan in very dirty for the repair to a small dent in the hood and when we picked up the car, it was super clean and shiny, inside and out. And this was a small repair job.
