Manager there could care less, offered no solutions and told me to take a taxi to Denver. Have called corporate everyday and yet to have anyone call me back. Edit for reply below- it’s not that your branch was unable to help. Luke was unwilling and completely dismissive. He didn’t pick up the phone to call local and see if nearby branch had a vehicle, didn’t offer solutions, and instead told me I didn’t have a reservation there. Except I did. I have emailed the local manager Natasha Lee, filled out contact us online, called multiple times. No reply for enterprise. This service failure cause me to miss my flight, come out of pocket for nearly twice the price to get a different rental, and miss an additional day of work. If enterprises valued their customers the reply below would have provided a direct contact to remedy and address this situation not a generic “contact us”.
