Then, when trying to speak to someone about the substantial price increase, there is no manager on site. The icing on the cake, the cut out piece of paper with the customer service number provided is a voice message saying to go to the website for assistance. Incredibly bad business practices and worst customer support. Stay away! There's a much better car wash 2 blocks away if you're in the area.
