  Staff was great. Helpful, friendly... however... The yard is a disaster with lanes/aisles blocked by debris and the cars are placed in precarious ways, sometimes making it difficult to access what you need. I find the Denver location to be much more organized. The parking lot is a free for all and is incredibly busy anytime I've gone in. Maybe better luck on week days. I didn't get what I needed, but I did get some rare scores... and got to spend a few hours with my spouse on a junk yard date so I'll take the wins!

  I have frequented this location for years. What stands out about the Aurora U-Pull is the staggering amount of trash strewn across all corners of the property. I know it’s technically a junkyard and profit margins are probably thin, but a lot of the litter isn’t even auto parts. It makes a bad impression. If the employees could take one day to clean up the grounds or even contract that task out yearly, it would make the place look so much less trashy. Another issue is the lack of wheelbarrows throughout the weekend rush. I know a lot of the wheelbarrows probably get trashed from people plopping transmissions in them, but it feels totally doable to get more or fix some existing ones. Plan on working around the shortage. Parts-wise, I’ve usually had good experiences here. I’ve never seen any discrepancies with the yard and the online catalog/inventory. Sometimes the employees have even left accessories on the vehicles like brush guards and LED lights instead of grabbing those for themselves. There has been a lot of turnover with the staff over the years, but they are mostly on top of it. Speaking of which, I’d like to mention exceptional service from Jarrell today.
