  Guillermo helped get my wife into a Jetta for exactly what we wanted to spend, made sure the car was detailed before our arrival, all the paperwork was ready to go, we spent maybe 30 minutes between the test drive of the exact car we would be taking home, and signing paperwork. Best experience at a Dealership to date, will absolutely go back again!

  Jacob A. and his team were phenomenal in helping get my mom and sister a car! Such a pleasure to work with everyone there 10/10 service all around!!! Jacob really knows his stuff and made the whole experience excellent start to finish, finance team was also great to work with, super knowledgeable and got us hooked up!

  I bought a car here at the beginning of February and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The past few months before this I had been to several dealerships and spent lots of time searching online trying to find a used car that fit all of my requirements as my beloved 4Runner was on its last leg. Tynan's had a listing for a 2017 Subaru Forester that seemed perfect but they had just gotten it in so there were no photos online. I called the next morning and Omar sent me photos right away and confirmed that the car had been detailed, passed inspection, and was ready to sell. My mom and I came down right away to check it out. With proof of current insurance we were able to test drive the car without the company of a salesperson which was nice and the car continued to check all my boxes. After the test drive I knew I wanted it. Omar was a great salesman to work with, he was experienced, professional, and able to answer all of my questions, as this was my first time buying a car. Tynan's provided their detailed inspection, the CarFax history, and checked the car's VIN Number to see if there were any recalls. The dealership also offers a Lifetime Drivetrain Warranty which gave me piece of mind as there was no trial period/return policy. After finishing the paperwork with Omar, I worked with Tom in finance. He was very kind and a wealth of information. He took extra time to explain how a car loan can help build credit differently than a credit card. Overall the entire process was fairly quick and smooth. I had done lots of research ahead of time and I feel like I got an excellent value for the car, after driving it for a month I am very satisfied with my purchase. Still waiting for my official plates to come in the mail. Hopefully soon!

  Didn’t want to leave a review but feel like I have to at this point. Bought a used car from these guys 2 months ago. The car ended up needing a lot of work and the dealership wasn’t transparent about any of it. Buying a used car is usually as is which I understand but definitely a bummer. Second, they misplaced paperwork which has prohibited me from registering it. I called and was promised a call back as someone was looking into it and never received anything back days later now. Called again, got a voicemail. No urgency, no care. Stay away from these guys if you care about your time and money.
