  We purchased our 2nd Nissan from Tynan's today and could not be more satisfied with the experience!! To our delight, we had the same salesperson, Genesis and the same finance manager, Dan assisting us today. We contacted Genesis in advance and let her know the model we were interested in. She had the vehicle ready for us to test drive, plus another one, same model, different color ready for us when we arrived. We made our choice, and from there the process was smooth. We highly recommend Tynan's Nissan!!

  I got my heritage Z this week from Tynan's Nissan. The sales rep by the name of Genesis is one of the best in the business, she helped me turn a dream into reality, and i am forever grateful. If you are planning on getting a new car, go to Tynan's and ask for Genesis!

  My Nissan Leaf suffered a complete system failure immediately after charging and displayed “Service EV System No power.” As you can see in the attached photo. The vehicle became undrivable and had to be towed to this dealership. What happened next is the issue. I was told the vehicle will not even be looked at until the 13th, almost two weeks later, because it is warranty work and not a paying job. In other words, an undrivable vehicle is being deprioritized solely because the dealership won’t be paid the same. I rely on this vehicle to get to work, and this situation has left me without transportation. I then attempted to get basic assistance. - I was placed on hold for long periods with no updates - I was transferred multiple times and repeatedly sent to voicemail instead of reaching a manager - I explicitly asked for transportation options (loaner or rental) and received no clear answer At no point did anyone take ownership of the situation or provide a solution, despite the vehicle being disabled and already in their possession. This is not routine maintenance. This is a manufacturer system failure during normal use that left me without a vehicle for work. I have opened a case with Nissan North America, but the dealership’s response so far has been to delay, deflect, and avoid accountability. If your vehicle becomes undrivable, understand that you may not receive timely help here especially if the repair is under warranty.
