  I used John’s Towing today 04/19/26 and had a great experience. Luke the tow specialist was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I will definitely be using their services again in the future should I need them.

  John's Towing Service came through for me when I needed it most. Luke arrived ahead of the estimated time and got straight to work on my tire change — fast, efficient, and no fuss. What really stood out was how friendly and patient he was, even with my dog barking nonstop in full guard dog mode the entire time. He handled it like a total pro. Highly recommend!

  John's Towing made a pleasant experience out of an unpleasant situation (needing a tow). The dispatch team was very patient and professional. And the truck driver (Rick) was likewise kind and took great care in how he handled my car. Pricing was fair, and they were very responsive. Communications start to finish were top notch. Payment easy with tap to pay with the driver.

  I meant to write this sooner, but I wanted to make sure I still left a review because the service really stood out. About a month ago, I had a very stressful situation with my car. I have a push-start, and somehow I was able to drive to my destination but when I parked and tried to start it again, my key was nowhere to be found. To this day, I still don’t know how that even happened. I contacted roadside assistance through Geico, and they sent out John’s Towing Service. Rick was the driver who came to help me, and I’m so glad he did. I was honestly overwhelmed and probably not in the best mood. I wasn’t up for small talk and might have come off a little short. But Rick handled everything with patience and a great attitude. He has such a positive personality that it actually helped calm me down in the moment. He is professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Truly 11/10 customer service. If you ever need assistance, I highly recommend asking for Rick. He made a stressful situation so much easier.

  We have a large dually truck, and it’s been surprisingly difficult to find a towing company that could handle it. John’s Towing came through when we really needed help. Josh in dispatch went above and beyond from the start. He kept me updated throughout the process and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. When you’re dealing with a tough night and calling around trying to figure things out, he was the only one who genuinely seemed to care about helping. Once everything was arranged, Aaron handled the tow and was efficient, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, great experience when it mattered most. I would definitely recommend John’s Towing.
