They have always taken care of my needs, always been there for me, always been very kind and very patient. Melissa The front end person is always very professional and I appreciate everything y’all do for me. Y’all are wonderful and I would recommend the store!

- MNMatti NazeehApr 18, 20262.0Good place to get your tires replaced, but don't trust the advice of technicians about other car issues. Several months ago I went to get my tires replaced for the Winter. Xiomara was super awesome and professional, and made sure the process went smoothly. Melissa overpromises things, and doesn't seem to have much experience. Based on the technician test, I was told that the ball joint of the passenger side was broken. They even showed me. I don't have much experience with cars, and I usually don't trust people easily. Melissa was trying to get me to get the work done on the same day, as she said they have the parts ready and I don't have to make an appointment. I told them I'll think about it and come back. I later took it to the dealership to get it checked. The ball joint was fine, not broken or damaged. However, the axle boot on the driver side was visibly damaged, and was leaking. I would've spent a lot of money fixing a thing that was not broken if I had listened to Goodyear's technicians. I will never come back here, nor will I recommend this place to anybody.
