- MDmark diamondApr 20, 20265.0There are 2 employees Jackie and Andre at the register my app would not work to register and buy a shower and they went way above and beyond tried 10 times to get it to work and in the end Jackie gave me a free shower these two are amazing people if there were more people like this around our lives would be much better these two should absolutely be commended and taken care of as valued employees for the flying j I will absolutely keep coming back here thank you guys
- TSTame SurnameApr 12, 20265.0Great service for "Prime Parking". The security team does a solid job making sure that people who paid for a spot can actually park without stress after a long day. Over the past year, they’ve really cleaned things up - better parking organization, clear markings, overall much more order. The only downside is the mobile internet here is still pretty bad. I also want to add - please respect the staff. I’m sure their pay doesn’t match the amount of work they do. For example, today there were 246 people just for showers -that’s about one person every 6 minutes. And in that short time, they have to do a lot of work just to clean and prepare the shower stalls.

It’s sad that they can’t even clean these showers good. Other people hair on and around the toilet area, inside the shower not clean, as soon as you walk in the floor is dirty. No accountability here at this location, poor management staff
