- DDdawntoday1.0We leased a VW b/c when I had my audi, the parts department was great. The service department..... friendly, too bad I didnt need a little more than that in my service department. Brand new tire, had a bulge, said they would look into the warranty, they did not. Brought my car in for recall, I got a tear in the drivers along with my new door handles. I was told to contact matt cooper regarding my issues (tire/tear), surprize never responded. Brought it in again clunking sound in the right rear, surprize imaginary.

Be mindful they tack on service charges that are really not needed I took my vehicle to another Volkswagen dealership and have a full diagnostic done. When I took my vehicle to them they suggested service repairs that were unnecessary I'm not sure what kind of scammer gimmick they're running there but the customer service manager was rude and unprofessional wearing a neon orange T-shirt and neon shorts he had no business attire on he did not talk in a professional tone or manner and I would never ever do business with them nor would I ever ever recommend that anyone do business with them they are running some type of scam or gimmick telling people they need repairs when they don't and then the parts that they are suggesting that you need are not even new I would never send my enemy to this dealership for anything.

Within minutes, I was contacted by Ehsan Zaghmot. We were able to secure a deal on the vehicle and I drove to Aurora a few days later. Ehsan and Jacob did an amazing job and the purchase was seamless and very quick. Everyone I met at the dealership was a true professional.

They completed my service quickly, and everyone was so kind each time I called to check on the progress. I truly felt like this service department had my best interest in mind. The entire process was seamless. Even though I don’t live nearby, there’s no other dealership I would trust with my car when I’m in the area. A+++ service all around!
- EEEschmiFeb 19, 20265.0Shopped around for an alignment on my ID4 and every dealer except Tynans stated it HAD to have a special calibration done (ranging from $400-1200). The service agents stated that this is not required in their experience with these cars and do not recommend it unless its absolutely necessary due to the cost and time. Was quoted $149 for just the alignment. Had it done and will billed $139, made sure to bring up the discrepancy but was told it didn't take as long and they sometimes over estimate. Find another dealer that will be that honest! Car drives better than ever! Will definitely be back!
