I leased a 2025 ID4 from them in May of 2025 and it has spent almost 2 months cumulatively in the service department with a slew of issues (sunshade not working, battery cooling system needing to be replaced, etc) and now the 12v battery has failed and the car won’t go into gear, requiring the car to be towed from my garage to the dealer. The car was towed there today and they wouldn’t give me a loaner or courtesy ride. I tried to talk to a sales manager and was told to talk to VW of America. I have tried talking to VW of America in the past and they are absolutely useless, trying to avoid any responsibility for leasing me a lemon of a car and telling me to “go back to the dealer.” The only people in the place who seem to care are Ashley and Rasheed in the service department. I will NEVER buy or lease a VW ever again.

It was supposed to be done before I even arrived on Monday. Showed up the car has not even been touched had to wait an additional 2 hours for my vehicle to be completed. Terrible service this dealership does not care about the customers only when you’re buying a vehicle. Terrible experience will not ever be shopping here or recommending it to anyone ever again.

- CCChrisDec 6, 20251.0My daughter did some research on line, she found a car she liked advertised for $19,976.00 less $289.00 Eprice, including the $699.00 dealer fee. She called Tynan VW, gave them the info on the car, confirmed it was available and made an appointment to look at the car. When she arrived, she was quoted $21,176.00 PLUS DEALER FEE OF $699.00. THAT IS A $2,188.00 increase from the ADVERTISED PRICE. The salesman acted annoyed when we brought this to his attention. I feel this was a very dishonest, bait and switch tactic. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them.
