From beginning to end Yasha was very professional, friendly and patient with me ( i had a lot of questions) . He really wanted to help me . Rarely seen these days . Awesome salesman . What an AMAZING dealership! Thank you, Tynan's Nissan! Also a HUGE thank you to Lenon (in the pic), my sales rep, for being helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Anything that he didn't know, he would find out the answer. Oh, also, I'm grateful for his patience. It was a bit of a longer process with me, and I can assure you that he's good at follow up but not overly so or with any pressure. On the day of my purchase, everyone I encountered was INCREDIBLE, especially Matt, the sales manager, Dan, the finance manager, and, of course, Lenon, my sales representative. It was refreshing to see that there were smiling faces everywhere, kind and light-hearted conversations shared with and amongst people who work at Tynan's, and I'll say that whomever you end up working with, in sales or otherwise, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. By the way, I LOVE my car! I feel it drives wonderfully, and my husband feels the same! Welp… I accidentally bought a car. Ask for Dylan.…..
Long story short, I walked into Nissan to kill time while my wife shopped at TJ Maxx. Dylan said, “Just sit in it.” That was the last independent decision I made that day.
Somehow I’m on the highway test-driving a car I didn’t ask for, rethinking my budget, my life choices, and whether this vehicle legally adopted me. The dealership is absolute madness — phones screaming, managers power-walking, someone arguing over a trade-in that should’ve went to goodwill — and that Dylan is just as calm. Too calm. Explaining numbers like this happens to people every day.
Next thing I know I’m signing papers like, “Yeah… this feels right.”
If I you want a smooth, honest salesperson who will ruin your plans in the most respectful way possible, ask for Dylan. Do not come “just to look.” You’ve been warned.

The dealership was responsive to a newly listed vehicle. I made an appointment so they could expect me. I was told the vehicle had been "detailed" when the reality was it had simply been sprayed with a gross, super-shiny, greasy protectant of some kind.
And on top of that, a draw still had someone personal items inside. It's really hard to imagine a car being your when someone else's bank deposit receipts are still in the car.
Then - the dealership added on not just the DH fee which is standard, but another $1,000 on the price for "protection plan" of some kind. I mean it was just crazy. AND - on top of THAT, they car was FAR higher priced than 1-2 other exact trims and condition at other dealerships.
I followed up with a text to the salesperson about the price - never heard back. The car business and especially this dealership....needs to do better.
