Spent a lot of money on service and found my oil was overfilled. Makes me wonder if any of the other fluids changed are at the proper level or even replaced at all. Not one smiling face in the service department. I felt like I was bothering them trying to schedule service or talk to an actual technician (service advisors know nothing but what they are reguritating from a screen). Poor attitudes and the overall negative vibe I got there, made me leave.

Very disappointed with my experience at Tynan’s Nissan in Aurora.
I brought my vehicle in for a simple washer fluid / windshield spray issue. The repair was completed in less than a day, yet I was charged over $1,600, with more than $800 in labor alone. That already felt excessive for the amount of time the vehicle was actually worked on.
However, what truly upset me was what happened at pickup.
After paying the invoice in full, I was waiting for my vehicle to be brought out. It was taking a long time, so I went to ask for an update. The service advisor, Richard, went to check and came back about five minutes later telling me my car would not start because the battery was dead. I was shocked, because there were absolutely no battery issues before I dropped the vehicle off.
When I asked what happened, he suggested it could be my battery or another issue and implied it was my problem. I explained clearly that I brought the vehicle in for a windshield spray repair and that the dealership had possession of my car for three days. There were no starting issues before. Instead of handling it professionally, Richard responded with a very dismissive and confrontational attitude, making it seem like I was at fault.
Shortly after, another employee informed me that the car door had been left open, which caused the battery to drain. He apologized. The car then started and was returned to me.
So the issue was clearly related to how the vehicle was handled while in the dealership’s care — yet I was initially blamed for it.
I expect a certain level of professionalism and customer service, especially after paying over $1,600 for a relatively simple repair. I have purchased five vehicles from this dealership in 2024 alone, and this is not the way a returning customer should be treated.
The lack of accountability and the attitude from the service advisor were extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses this, because customer service matters just as much as the repair itself.

Brought work van in for a recall service. When I picked up the van, the fuel gauge wasn’t working anymore. They were able to fix it first thing next business day and both services were quick, but bruh. Rich McNally was very professional and helpful through all of it, however.

What an AMAZING dealership! Thank you, Tynan's Nissan! Also a HUGE thank you to Lenon (in the pic), my sales rep, for being helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Anything that he didn't know, he would find out the answer. Oh, also, I'm grateful for his patience. It was a bit of a longer process with me, and I can assure you that he's good at follow up but not overly so or with any pressure. On the day of my purchase, everyone I encountered was INCREDIBLE, especially Matt, the sales manager, Dan, the finance manager, and, of course, Lenon, my sales representative. It was refreshing to see that there were smiling faces everywhere, kind and light-hearted conversations shared with and amongst people who work at Tynan's, and I'll say that whomever you end up working with, in sales or otherwise, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. By the way, I LOVE my car! I feel it drives wonderfully, and my husband feels the same! Thank you, again, Tynan's Nissan, and I hope that others feel encouraged to give you a chance at winning their business!!!
