I have just bought my second vehicle in Tynan’s Nissan Aurora (Havana), and this vehicle is a Kicks 2025, which is very pretty. The drive is very smooth. I also had an excellent experience with the Sales Consultant, Connor Moran, who explained all the vehicle’s details in a clear manner as well as other vehicles that were there. He was very kind, patient, dedicated. Without any doubt, I recommend Tynan’s Nissan Aurora (Havana), especially Connor Moran. And, I also want to mention the Finance Manager, Daniel A. Horvath who also was very kind to us. I wouldn’t doubt in buying my third vehicle with them.

I had another amazing experience working with Genesis at Tynan’s Nissan—this was my second purchase from her, and once again she went above and beyond. She is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her customers. She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand, and I never felt pressured at any point. It’s clear she values building long-term relationships, not just making a sale. I highly recommend Genesis to anyone looking to buy a car!

In an age of dehumanized communication via AI, robots, endless voice prompts, etc...It is refreshing to experience a personal connection. I called Tynan's Nissan in Aurora and Natasha Adams, Owner Loyalty Mgr., actually answered the phone! That in itself was a shock, however, Natasha was so professional, pleasant, and helpful, she took the time to solve my problem instead of transferring the call to VM. I hope someone at Tynan's will recognize Natasha and her contributions to customer service. She is a gem!

I made the mistake of coming here to lease a 2025 nissan leaf in late summer 2024. I was pushed aside and forgotten about by "sales manager" Mindy. She was too busy flirting with a salesman from the Volkswagon dealership across the parking lot and made it apparent that my interest in a leaf was not as important as people there for other types of vehicles. She eventually just asked the guy she was flirting with to "help me."
He had no knowledge of the car and couldn't answer any questions. He threw keys into my hand and told me to take a test drive, before leaving I thought what was happening was sketchy so I asked him if he need my drivers license. He goes "oh yeah I guess." Like what? He made other comments that were to the effect of telling me to go break laws and drive crazy. I take the leaf for a cruise and within 5 minutes it breaks down and goes into this sketchy limp mode. I didnt have any contact info to get a hold of this dealership so I limp this car back to the dealership while going like 15mph in the middle of denver traffic. Important to note, I drove 2 hours from the mountains to specifically come to this dealership because of positive memories of my dad getting parts for his Datsun Z cars in my youth.
I go in and tell Mindy what happened. She basically gives me that passive aggressive non answer that a video game NPC would give you. She looks at me but is looking past me, fake smile and an answer that doesn't make sense in context with what I asked her. She didn't listen to a word I said and just had a preprogrammed response. It was horrible and despite all of this I liked the car and wanted to get one. So starts another 45 minute wait for some mean dude named Daniel Horvath to throw at me a sheet of paper to sign and look over. He was unwilling to answer questions and when he did he was so unnecessarily mean. I was mislead the entire time to think I was leasing a Leaf + and not the base version. It wasn't until I showed up a couple weeks later to pick up my car that I found out it wasn't the upper trim model. During this wait because I dont have a salesperson from Nissan so I am kept in the dark about everything.
The same guy from Volkswagon eventually texts me from his personal cell phone for car pick up. He was there that day to give me the keys to my new car. He was wearing ratty basketball shorts and a torn up tshirt and complained multiple times about having to do this on his day off. Lol. I told Mindy about this as well and she literally told me there was nothing she could do about it. She was extremely rude and one of the most condescending people I have ever met. Daniel Horvath and Mindy the sales "manager" are extremely unprofessional and I would caution anyone thinking about buying a Nissan to just drive across town and go somewhere else. Tynan's is awful to deal with and these people are managers for them. Says a lot about the GM and owners that people this unprofessional are kept in leadership positions.

Called the service department to ask how much a diagnostic test would be ibwas trying to explain what was going on with me car and the guy cut me off and said it's $210 a hour amd if they can't find what's wrong they would keep testing it till inahd no money i was like wow worst customer service ever. How can you talk to someone like that? He made me feel like I was beneath him and that I didn't matter. So I do not recommend going there for any kind of service, especially if you're gonna be treated the way I was treated.
