Fluids were not topped off, which is part of what you’re paying for. The customer in the bay next to me had to request air in their tires. One technician apologized and said he had forgotten because they were busy, then another employee said they couldn’t add air because the machine was broken. Not sure I believe the second technician. There was a line of cars behind both bays, so it appeared corners were being cut to push vehicles through rather than provide the full service that’s advertised. Even with these steps skipped, the service still took about 30 minutes. Most frustrating of all, my skid plate was not reattached properly and is now missing a bolt and damaged. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I am not impressed and would not recommend this location.
