  Even though I’m using my insurance for a claim for my windshield, I scheduled an appointment for repair the very next day after two rocks hit my windshield on I-25 in Colorado. Went to safelite auto glass at the scheduled time and a rep came out to look at the damage and said it couldn’t be repaired but replaced. I said ok replace the windshield and the rep had to reschedule for the next day in the time frame 8am to 12noon. So I’m waiting for safelite to come to my vehicle this time. I get a voicemail saying Erin will be at my truck between 12-1 pm now. So now I was stuck waiting longer for the replacement and then the work takes almost 2 hours to do which I get that part but having to wait longer than the scheduled time frame is ridiculously frustrating. You wait those 4 hours and not being able to do anything or go anywhere because you’re sitting waiting for a call saying safelite is on the way. And then the option is if the time doesn’t work for you, you can reschedule. It is frustrating because you put aside those hours and expect the work to be done shortly afterwards. Even if safelite only did show up around 12 I would expect to go over the time a little bit but now I have to reschedule the rest of that day. Another reschedule would have been to where I was driving around with a fully cracked windshield. Both hits on the windshield were on opposite sides and both had the pit with running cracks. I know next time to take my vehicle into the shop itself rather than depend on any repairman to be within that time frame that has to come to you. Very disappointing services. Lesson learned here.

  Be careful of booking with this company online. pleased that they are able to come out so quick but MAJOR red flag is the prices given when you do an estimate and when your book are BIG differences . after making a phone call to ask why, I was told it was due to me ordering wipers...that are clearly shown in the estimate . $490 to $566 is a significant difference. when you try to cancel online they offer your $100 off to keep your appointment. why is the initial price not $100 less to begin with if you are willing to forego $100? this company seems to lack VITAL INTEGRITY. CANCELED! btw, i am getting the same service elsewhere for $370. shop around.

  Noticed a chip just starting, got on the internet, got an appointment within 20 minutes, got in and out in 30 minutes. Joey was very knowledgeable!

  I can't speak highly enough about the staff and the quality of service they provide. Specifically speaking, Santana and Jonie at the front have helped me on two different claims. I have a BMW X7 that needed windshield replacement. I was concerned about the aftermarket windshield as online forums had reported blurryness and trouble with recalibration of the drivers assistance plus features and the heads up display, specifically for this vehicle. Santana heard my concerns and we brainstormed a solution. But it didn't stop there, She did further research and consulted upper management and they were able get an OE windsheild installed. The result was amazing. Heads up display is crisp and sharp, and the drivers assistance continue to work flawlessly. Jonie is also an awesome representative. I brought in my Toyota RAV4 for the same job. She Was courteous, kind, and respectful. I would name drop the techs who worked on my cars as they did also did an awesome job. After their work was complete they road tested the cars to ensure everything was operating smoothly. Truly grateful for the skilled and professional team operating here.
