I can't speak highly enough about the staff and the quality of service they provide. Specifically speaking, Santana and Jonie at the front have helped me on two different claims. I have a BMW X7 that needed windshield replacement. I was concerned about the aftermarket windshield as online forums had reported blurryness and trouble with recalibration of the drivers assistance plus features and the heads up display, specifically for this vehicle. Santana heard my concerns and we brainstormed a solution. But it didn't stop there, She did further research and consulted upper management and they were able get an OE windsheild installed. The result was amazing. Heads up display is crisp and sharp, and the drivers assistance continue to work flawlessly. Jonie is also an awesome representative. I brought in my Toyota RAV4 for the same job. She Was courteous, kind, and respectful. I would name drop the techs who worked on my cars as they did also did an awesome job. After their work was complete they road tested the cars to ensure everything was operating smoothly. Truly grateful for the skilled and professional team operating here.

Great price for the windshield for my 2005 jeep wrangler. They kept me updated that morning for with an approximate time that he would be at my place and let me know when he was on his way over. Great service!

Had to bring my truck in for a warranty follow-up after I was hearing a lot of wind noise following a mobile windshield replacement. I didn't get the techs name, but he totally hooked me up in short time with another windshield. Great work! Also, they were able to schedule the appointment for the next day. Super easy, super professional!

TL/DR: Pros: Scheduling was easy. The staff were polite and sounded knowledgeable. Cons: They were unable to replace my windshield, and what should have been a simple job turned into a multi-day escapade. The full context: I had a large crack in my windshield, and my insurance recommended Safelite, so I scheduled and brought my car to this location. Shortly after dropping my car off, the technician came out and told me that my car had pulled some kind of error code because something wasn't working. I had had my car at the dealership the day before, so I thought this was rather unusual, but I asked what my options were. This is where things go a little confusing. As I understood it, my options were A) Have them replace the windshield anyway, but have to sign a waiver because they wouldn't be able to calibrate the cameras and safety features would be turned off and would no longer work. They also told me that the dealership would then refuse to work with me or to turn my safety features back on because they installed "aftermarket glass." or B) Take my car to the dealership, get them to clear the codes, and then bring my car back to Safelite and have them replace the windshield. I definitely didn't want my safety features turned off, and I definitely didn't want the dealership not to turn them back on in the future, so I took my car home and scheduled with the dealership. To their credit, Safelite was kind enough to print me a list of the error codes that came up for me to take to the dealership to help explain the situation. When I went to the dealership, there was a lot of confusion, as these error codes did not come up. The dealership recommended a different AutoGlass place, who sent someone out while my car was at the dealership and replaced my windshield with no problems the same day. The whole thing was incredibly frustrating, and I'm sure it was equally frustrating for Safelite, seeing as they lost business over this. It did seem that the staff were trying to do their best to assist me given the tools they had on hand, which is why I did not rate this location lower. My perception is that they were trying to do their due diligence and do what they thought was right and inform the customer of all options and potential problematic outcomes. That said, ultimately they were not able to complete the service I had scheduled, which added several more days, phone calls, trips, and frustration to getting my windshield replaced. I'm not saying that Safelite was dishonest, but the story I got from them and the one I got from the dealership about what was going on with my car were very different. If you have a vehicle that has any advanced features like cameras attached to the windshield/rear-view mirror or lane assist, proceed with caution when scheduling a windshield replacement.
