He replaced my windshield in about an hour, reparked my car for me so I didn’t have to, and rang my doorbell to give me my keys and ask if I had any questions. Safelite turned a stressful situation around quickly and easily! The only bummer was that I did have to pay over $500 out of pocket, but I think that says more about my insurance coverage than Safelite.
