They performed the replacement and recalibration with no problem, and I was on my way. It was less than a month later that I suffered another rock chip, so I contacted Safelite once again to see if the chip could be repaired. After inspecting the damage,. Safelite assured me that the windshield could be fixed without replacement, and scheduled an appointment for later in the week, and that the service tech could meet me at work in order to get the job done. The technician (Parker), was on time, very professional, and had fixed the chip in record time. In both instances, Safelite staff was extremely helpful and courteous. As I had a windshield replaces in another car I owned by Safelite, I knew I could trust you and them, and I was not disappointed So if you need any kind of windshield repair, the Safelite staff 100 S Wadsworth Blvd. Would be my go-to for any of my windshield or side glass needs. They do.the job right. Bravo Zulu guys.
