  Had to have my son's car jump started 2 mornings is a row. We're getting the battery replaced, but John's Towing is always prompt and the same tech arrived to assist so we got a good laugh about it. Thank you, John's Towing!

  My huge truck needed a lift for a huge nail. John's Towing Service was called there to save the day! Responsive within 1/2 hour and Rick was professional and knowledgeable. I was back on the road within one hour.

  John's Towing Service did an excellent job picking up my car and taking it to be serviced. Josh was friendly and professional over the phone and set clear expectations of timing, communicating over text when someone was on the way and again when they were close to arriving. Jeremy arrived faster than expected and did an excellent job of loading the car and getting it to the drop off point. They were a great company to work with.

  Chris was so wonderful. When my car’s battery and alternator were shot, Chris was quickly dispatched. On the way to the dealership, we had the loveliest conversation that helped re-inspire hope in my fellow man — not bad for a chance interaction on a weekday. Thanks so much!

  I drive an electric vehicle and got used to not having the fill up with gas and not paying much attention to anything like that while I’ve learned my lesson the hard way! I’d forgotten to plug the car in the night before and I had to run to the airport to pick up a friend. I was going by what it said for miles left! Well, that was wrong! We were on our way and almost made it home. We were 5 miles short when the car died on the side of E470! I called Johns towing and they were able to make it to my location within about 25 to 30 minutes. He very quickly got the car secured onto the truck and we were on our way. I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently the whole process was.. If anything like this happens again, I will definitely be calling Johns towing. It’s nice to know that there are still people out there who take their jobs seriously and do a great job at it. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in a pinch and need a tow.
