I asked if we were still on for the sale, no answer, tried to communicate twice again, nothing. Issue isn't that he sold them to someone else, is a business and, well if he needed to sell them to someone else and not wait 2 more days, he could have let us know! A simple message would have sufficed, now we don't have a gift for our son and the ones online will arrive too late.

I had to text their number because they didn’t answer the phone, I was told they would arrive between 4-6pm. 6pm rolled around and still no show. I texted around 6:15pm to make sure he didn’t forget about and he said he was sorry and he did forget and that he would send a second crew member out. It’s 7:20 am and still nothing. I even let him know that it’s okay whatever time he comes as long as it’s before 5 am tomorrow, which is today. I usually wouldn’t trip like that but this will be my second day missing work. This had caused me a big inconvenience.
