I should have known better because the last time ai used Jiffy Lube I had to go back for them to clean the frame because oil leaked on my driveway. I approved an oil differential change but they informed me they did not have the product but if I wanted to drive 25 minutes and wait they could perform the service at another location. When I finally got in my car to leave I asked where the reminder sticker was I was told they are out but if I wanted to come back the next day they would give me one. I am getting ready to drive back now to see if they can wash off the oil from my frame. My bill was $170 for an oil and air filter change. Never again

When I got there the guy was honest and admitted his mistake, treated me very kindly. They were having troubles with the oil pump in one of the oil tanks, so what should have been a 30 minute oil change took an hour because of their defaulty machine that they do not fixed because of corporate reasons. Anyways they guy who helped me helped me out and gave me a decent deal on the oil change because of the inconvenience of having to wait on the malfunctioning equipment.
