THANK YOU VERY MUCH by the way! I’ve never been to this Jiffy Lube location but after that one encounter, I won’t be going anywhere else! Shaun M. went above and beyond during my visit! He’s very thorough and took his time when answering my questions! He’s a true professional who loves what he does and it showed! Thank you very much for the AWESOME customer service experience! Shaun M. and all the staff at this location (16951 E. Iliff Ave.) are THE BEST!!!

I felt happy with the oil change, however later that evening after taking my car home, I needed to go run an errand and once I backed out of my driveway there was a huge puddle of oil. I pulled back into my driveway and did not continue to drive my vehicle. I checked my oil and almost all of it was out of car. Had I not noticed the oil leak, my engine would have been in jeopardy of being ruined by morning. Luckily, my neighbor checked out the issue and noticed they failed to put the upper O ring back on so once my car was running it immediately dispensed oil. I am shocked that Jiffy Lube doesn’t run the car before handing it back to the customer to ensure the job has been done properly. My neighbor and I performed an oil change in my driveway, made two trips to O Reilly that evening to fix a careless mistake and I still have yet to hear back from the district manager. When I called to complain, I got a “it is Veterans Day, and we are busy and need to take care of our customers that are here today.” Like I said, had I not noticed the oil leak, I would have started my car this morning with no oil in it and the unimaginative could have happened to the motor. I was always hesitant to take my car to places like this and now I know why…. Inexperienced mechanics. I believe they are also overcharging , I have never paid $140 for my Passat with a high mileage synthetic oil even from the dealership. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of quality of care they take in doing oil changes.

They did a thorough check on my Jeep and pointed out a few areas to keep an eye on, but they weren't pushy or aggressive about selling extra services like some other places. They topped off my fluids as well. Overall, a smooth and honest experience. I’ll definitely be back.
