Well after all was said and done, they cross-threaded a bolt on my tire which I only found out about when I got a flat and had to put the spare on. Literally had to use a hammer drill to get off a bolt that is now ruined. They also bent a solenoid while rotating tires that ended up costing me over $1300. It’s a long story but I would never go to that grease monkey again. I called and asked for help but they were not responsive. I have always used grease monkey and have never been treated so poorly or have seen such inattentive techs.

They didn’t bother to reset my oil light on my car so i had to do that when i got home. The next day my car starts making this annoying whistling noise when driving. I had to take it in to a shop only to find out the air filter box was no longer screwed down and was actually hanging off the filter causing the whistling noise. Two days later all of a sudden all four tires notify me their air pressure is low. Not just a little low, 10-15psi below their set points. At least that I was able to take care of myself.
