    Reps were respectful and greeted me quickly. Checked my vehicle to see what type of oil and presented me with a list of options. Check and filled tires and explained about the low tire warning still being on and explained all services done on my vehicle. Thank you

    I took my car in for an oil change. The mechanic tried to tell me my car is not a 2018 but a 2016 because of the manufacturer sticker. They thought my Audi Q3 uses diesel. One of the mechanics came out and explained things to me like a child (probably because I am a woman) but he was telling me my brakes really needed to be replaced. I went to brakes plus and they told me that my brakes are fine, but that my brake PADS need to be replaced. That mechanic clearly thought I was dumb and didn’t know what brake pads are. Most employees were really nice, but they do not know basic things about cars, and thought I knew less than them when they are clearly the ones telling me the wrong things. On top of that my oil change was insanely expensive. 2 stars because at least they got the job done.
