  Hey everyone I just want to take the time to give mention where it is due. Grease Monkey in general is a fantastic place to have your vehicle worked on BUT this particular center deserves special mention in that it has served the community well for as long as I can remember and I have not EVER heard one negative comment about any single vehicle that gets serviced within. I own a small auto repair business and I always ask my customers where there go between visits when I don't see them for a while. It's always obvious who gets their work done at the grease monkey and who's going down the road the wrong direction for service in that the engine bays and undercarriages are just noticably cleaner the guys down at the monkey keep me on my p's and q's for sure and I'm proud to say I kinda let them set the bar for my services. Maybe one day I'll be as good as them and be able to franshice myself. But until then there not only my competition they are my role model. Thanks for keeping the cars tidy so that if and when I see em it makes my job that much more oleasent and of course the environment guys! Hip hip hurray!

  The staff were extremely quick, professional and courteous. Took less than 15 minutes from the time I pulled up for them to complete my oil change, without an appointment. Prices are typical for the area, but coupons made them very competitive. Between the customer and vehicle service… I’ll be back

  The staff were very quick to take care of me politely. Kept me in the loop with the service every 10 minutes or so. And took me as a walk in. My low review is a reflection of the lack of transparency of cost of service. When speaking with me I was informed the price for my euro care oil change would be $120, with a coupon $100. I assumed this included the oil itself. They told me the airfilter ( I assumed for the cabin) is included. After the service they charged about $50 for an air filter and another $50 for a cabin air filter. They also charged for the oil itself and oil filter. Excluding the other things they included my total was $280 for an oil change, air filter, cabin air filter (thought that was the same), oil, oil filter, and small miscellaneous items we didn’t discus. Overall that leaves me unimpressed.

  I had a great experience at the Grease Monkey on Colfax in Aurora. The new manager, Yesi, and the rest of the team were professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. Yesi went above and beyond by taking the time to explain how some of the internal parts of my car actually work and walked me through whether certain replacements were truly worth it—no pressure, just clear and honest information. They clearly run a tight ship. I was in and out in under 20 minutes, which is impressive without feeling rushed. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that’s both efficient and transparent. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for straightforward, trustworthy service.
