I don't know much about cars or their parts or what an older car needs to be functional but the staff here always explain it to me kindly without being condescending (I've been treated worse at other businesses). Joe was so helpful when explaining the current status of my car during my last visit. Love how they get me in and out quickly and fill my tires and windshield wiper fluid during every visit.
