When I went to pick up my car not only did the guy make me show proof of my income and address but also informed me I needed to return it back to this location because I didn’t have a major credit card. None said anything she I booked the rental a whole month in advance so I actually lost 500.00 on me and my family’s plan tickets back home. I’ve actually only had issues at this locations for some reason and I rent from enterprise All the time I mean I get free days upgrades etc. so to make me go through all of this was crazy. I looked it all up and they can do that whenever they feel like it. But I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere. After 8 years of loyalty I was treated like it was my first time renting from them. The location on 6th and Havana usually always give me a basic car or med service. I try to over look it but losing 500.00 has me beyond livid i actually had proof of my plane tickets and everything. But they didn’t care. And they can ask you to see a pay stub and light bill Which they definitely did which I provided. I got the car and was told if I didn’t return it back to them they would charge me 500.00 so I was screwed either way! I’ll take my money to budget or Avis from here on out!

- ZBZachary BerkOct 29, 20253.0I really don't know how to rate this. I brought my car to the dealership down the street, and there was a big miscommunication on which location I was picking up from. I am giving a lower score because they were a bit rude, it took about 20 minutes to get my reservation status cleared up, and the price they quoted was almost twice what the dealership said - supposedly that was with the dealership discount. A bit shady. I waited about two hours for their car to become available (couldn't be helped), but the car had so much residue on the inside windows. The car drove excellent though, so top marks there. I had to extend my rental several times, and it was so easy to do. And the return was super quick as well. All things considered, I'm likely to go here again for a rental and hopefully circumstances will be better and I can upgrade the rating.
