When I went to pick up my car not only did the guy make me show proof of my income and address but also informed me I needed to return it back to this location because I didn’t have a major credit card. None said anything she I booked the rental a whole month in advance so I actually lost 500.00 on me and my family’s plan tickets back home. I’ve actually only had issues at this locations for some reason and I rent from enterprise All the time I mean I get free days upgrades etc. so to make me go through all of this was crazy. I looked it all up and they can do that whenever they feel like it. But I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere. After 8 years of loyalty I was treated like it was my first time renting from them. The location on 6th and Havana usually always give me a basic car or med service. I try to over look it but losing 500.00 has me beyond livid i actually had proof of my plane tickets and everything. But they didn’t care. And they can ask you to see a pay stub and light bill Which they definitely did which I provided. I got the car and was told if I didn’t return it back to them they would charge me 500.00 so I was screwed either way! I’ll take my money to budget or Avis from here on out!
