Everytime and I mean, EVERY time I come here I am met with professionalism, courtesy and exceptional customer service. They go out of their way to make sure I am always taken care of. I truly feel like a VIP here. I was recently involved in a car accident and dealing with medical appointments, insurance shenanigans and lawyer negotiations all while recovering from injuries, Xander and his staff made it nearly effortless in getting me into a rental car and managed everything with the insurance, taking one less thing off my plate. Agent pulled out a measuring device and said the damage was small enough I probably wasn't going to be charged for it. He said the damage unit would make the final call. I was of course charged. Called the damage u to and they told me the location makes the call on damage. Don't waste my time by lying to me. Why bother even measuring it or having a measurement tool at all if it's meaningless? Why lie to me someone else is going to make the call? Best of all they sent it to my insurance before discussing with me so even though the damage is too small for my insurance to cover my rates are now going to go up! I get every company is trying to squeeze every penny out of everyone they can but lying to me about the process is a waste of everyone's time
