When I called to make sure that a car would be available for my reservation (since I had read online reviews that stated that often even with a reservation a car may not be available when you arrive) Jack was friendly and reassured me that a car would be available. When I arrived, Jack helped me promptly and was professional and helpful. When I returned my rental car, Zander was very helpful and when I asked if someone could provide me a ride home (less than 4 miles), Zander was able to get Anthony to drive me home. The rental rate was fair and Jack, Zander and Anthony were professional and friendly. All round, I would definitely return to this Enterprise location in the near future.
