But this specific location is amazing, on point, attentive, friendly, and full of blue eyed handsome, well mannered individuals. I was amazed at the level of customer service provided by Tyler and associates. This is probably the best location this company has here in the Denver area.

- MWMatt WeningerDec 15, 20251.0Awful experience renting from this location. 1. A few days before I attempted to modify my reservation from 4 days to 2 days. They told me it was done - but when I showed up they told me I had to rebook. I was booking this reservation with points - this would have cost me 2x as many points despite the reservation being half the time. 2. Despite only being about a 15 minute drive away they refused to pick me up. Saying it was too far and they don’t have the staff to do pickups. 3. I am a Canadian who holds a valid drivers license and am a Gold Member on the verge of Platinum. When I arrived they told me I needed to show a passport on top of my drivers license. I’ve never had to do this before and despite my wife sending me a picture of my passport they refused to honor the reservation and told me I had to uber back and forth to bring my passport. It is not mandatory in any Enterprise policy I see that a Canadian had to produce a passport on top of a valid drivers license in the US. As much as that is an inconvenience it was the poor customer service and willingness to help correct that problem that I would comment is unacceptable for an Enterprise branch. This branch needs to do better to help their customers.
