They put me in an awesome vehicle and were so helpful with explaining/ showing me how to work the system and features of the car. Drop off was super efficient- my Uber was waiting for us as I was dropping off, and they made the process very fast. They sent me my deposit refund quickly. I cannot recommend them enough. They started our vacation out on the right foot and really showed us hospitality!

- CPchoe papiNov 11, 20255.0returned a rental last night & was asked to complete the survey that i’d be receiving via email.. i haven’t gotten that one yet but i wanted to drop a quick 5 stars for the exceptional staff here at this enterprise! this was my first time renting a car & every step of the way couldn’t be more perfect. the only thing that could be considered a hiccup at all was the fact that it took a lil bit longer than anticipated to originally rent the car… it was somewhat busy, it looked as if they were short staffed, & also i was like 20 min late. i didn’t mind waiting, & in return i was upgraded to a midsize sedan (chevy malibu) from a vw jetta (or like vehicle) for free, which was dope. i originally only planned on getting the car for like 4 days or something like that, but every time the deadline for the return came up, i extended like 4x to where i ended up having the car for about two weeks. lol. but each time i called to extend, the enterprise employee made the experience easy, fast & very harmless. lol. & when i returned the vehicle like at 5:55, right before closing time, a female employee (w hella cool vibes) checked me out with no problems at all. & she waived like a $2 & some change gas reimbursement fee, which i appreciated a lot. the staff let me wait inside the store as i figured out a way home, & i left the store a very happy customer. if i ever need to rent another car, not only will enterprise be my go-to, but this specific enterprise - with the absolute best customer service throughout the entire team, will be my go-to. thank you guys for making this rental nightmare, actually a rental dream! i’d give y’all more stars if i could :)
