  The whole rental process was smooth from start to finish! The people who helped me rent and return the van were very helpful and got me in and out very quickly. This really helped keep our weekend trip on schedule! Thank you very much!

  The staff at Enterprise on 6th Ave in Aurora, CO is PHENOMENAL. I got my rental due to getting into an accident the night before. Normally, I dread working with rental car services. But the staff was so kind, efficient, & gave 10/10 customer service. I even asked if I could swap my vehicle in the middle of the rental & they were so sweet about it & made it such an easy process. Between getting the vehicle, the exchange, & returning the vehicle, I got to meet many of the staff & I can attest that they are all wonderful. I would tell anyone that needs a rental to go to this Enterprise location. Enterprise was truly one less thing I had to worry about in my high-stress situation, & that really meant a lot to me. Look no further than Enterprise on 6th Ave in Aurora for all your car rental needs!

  Enterprise is a great place for a car rental. The one on sixth avenue in Aurora. I really like Eli, Eli is very professional. Eli is very fair, Eli treats you as a customer, Eli gives you a very nice vehicle. Thank you Eli. I'd also like to mention Reese. Reese also is a great representative. Reese treat's you fair. Reese is very professional also. I really like these two gentlemen. We need to keep representatives like these two gentlemen. Overall thank you Enterprise. This company at this location is awesome!

  I had a bit of a mixed experience during my recent rental. On the positive side, the car was spotless, and the team was kind enough to upgrade me from a compact AWD SUV to a beautiful mid-size AWD SUV. However, the experience was soured at return. Despite being a frequent renter at this specific location, I was charged for an additional hour after arriving just a few minutes late due to heavy traffic. While I understand policies exist, I would expect a bit more leniency for loyal customers, especially when the delay is marginal.   This location is so impressive! Each and everyone person who work here are friendly, helpful and they made what i thought was the impossible, the POSSIBLE for myself, my company, our tech and customers. I will forever be grateful for all of their kindness and grace so that I could continue doing my job! I would personally vouch for this location and all of the employees who work here!
