Recently made a trip back to have them look at an issue with a Retrax cover that was installed about six months ago. Jessica – always friendly and helpful at the desk… And Matt did a fantastic and quick job of diagnosing the issue and taking care of it promptly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and looking up stuff to figure out all my questions. I replaced an Amazon cover with the Outlander soft topper. It’s so much higher quality than what I received off of Amazon I have learned my mistake. I dealt a lot with Jessica upfront and she was a stupendous human who is extremely helpful and help me find a cover that was overnighted and ready for me next day. I like this outlander cover because it has two windows where I can see clearly through and IT Folds Up !!!! Thanks again for the entire team if I have any more truck accessory needs I’ll definitely come back to you
