  I came in for an oil change during the week they were somewhat busy, but Chris seemed to get me in and out in record time so I would not be late to pick my grandson up. He not only understood I could not be late but he was very professional and service with a smile! I will go back in the future!

  I take my car in for all the time for routine maintenance and I always receive 5-star service. James the GM and Chris S the technician always take the time to explain everything in “girl terms” and never make me feel pressured. Their staff is truly the best at this location and they truly care about their clients.

  I'm leaving this review to tell everyone how absolutely amazing the Brakes plus on Gibraltar WY in Centennial Co is! They were so awesome, they managed to identify and fix a noise that 4 other mechanics were unable to correctly identify let alone fix! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Brakes plus! Particularly I recommend talking to and working with Ethan! He was so kind, conscientious, professional and caring! He made a rough time bearable, and I left there feeling like there really are good people in this world! Thank You Ethan! You're the best!

  I had an excellent experience at Brakes Plus! The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in — the staff was friendly, professional, and made sure I understood everything going on with my vehicle. What really impressed me was how quickly they were able to get me in. I expected a long wait, but they got my car looked at right away and had everything handled fast without sacrificing quality. It’s hard to find a shop that’s both efficient and genuinely cares about their customers, but Brakes Plus definitely delivered. I’ll absolutely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable service!

  I had a wheel alignment done here, and immediately after the service my car became unstable and unsafe to drive. I returned the next day, and staff told me nothing was wrong and that the vehicle was safe, but claimed their equipment couldn’t properly align my car. They refunded the alignment fee and sent me to the dealership. The BMW dealership later found that a critical suspension nut had not been reinstalled during the alignment. This caused damage to multiple suspension components and made the vehicle unsafe to operate. I now have documented repair costs because of this. I tried resolving this directly with the company, but they denied responsibility and refused to cover the damage. Extremely disappointing experience and serious safety concern.
