  This is my 3rd or 4th time couple of times I caught them I told them to change all four rotors and breaks and charge me full and they didn’t change rear I’m flip saw it right there two times did oil change and I didn’t ask for rotation they said we did I’m glad I have two different tires they didn’t rotate it

  Horrible service. I brought my car in for a simple brake job, and it left with multiple warning lights on the dashboard in regards to the brakes when it was in perfect condition beforehand. I was then told there were engine-related issues — and somehow that it had nothing to do with the work they performed. They even cleared the light and said it wouldn’t come back. That is unacceptable. It honestly is a chop shop. The staff were dismissive and treated my concerns like they didn’t matter. As a woman, I felt talked down to and not taken seriously. I remained polite and respectful during every interaction and even followed up with their support team, but they refused to properly inspect the vehicle or take responsibility. They also refused any kind of refund. Now I’m stuck paying the dealership over $600 to address issues that appeared immediately after their service — on top of the hundreds I already paid this shop. I trusted them with my car for safety and left feeling stressed, dismissed, and financially burdened. 0/10. Do NOT recommend unless you want to risk leaving with more problems than you came in with

  Brought car in for brake fluid leak, rotor repair, brake pads and full tune up. They added the wrong kind of brake fluid for car. Always took dot 3 but they put in dot 4. Only 3 of 4 rotors and pads were repaired, brake fluid cap was not put back on correctly so it was leaking for 2 weeks while driving, coolant tank was completely empty and bone dry for 2 weeks when the said they refilled it and car was driven for a while without it and was overheating. Can’t trust this place with simple things. Not to mention the cost for a failed job and probably more damage. Perfectly good car battery has since died as well which they said they checked. The list goes on. About the only thing done right was fixing the brake fluid leak.

  I needed brakes really bad , and everywhere I went wanted to charge me nothing less than 500$. This location was so nice and understanding of my budget. They didn’t try to force me to buy other parts when I told the all I needed was brakes. Aaron is who helped me and was wondering! I suggest asking for him when stopping by!! He will get you took care of!! I paid around 250$ for the job everyone else wanted 500 for and they finished in less than an hour with labor! Great place with great people !
