His name was Reese and he went above and beyond to help me out and ensure I had everything I needed, including cleaning up my terminals to better prevent the battery from dying again in the future. I don't know anything about cars and they're stressful for me to deal with but the guys at Auto Zone made my experience a lot less stressful. They truly went above and beyond and there was no judgement went I asked my silly car questions. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to go back if I need anything in the future.

A month later I asked to have the scanner hooked up to my vehicle and they said they don't have any equipment available because it was stolen. Do yourself a favor and just find another part store. I don't even bother going there anymore.
