My employee and I came in on Saturday morning and met Janine to try to get a new battery for his truck. She was immediately snarky and rude with us the entire time. She couldn't find what battery we needed with the information we had and made rude remarks when asked if she could come out and take a look. She also said to us when we asked if she could help us replace it, 'Were all adults here, our commercials say restrictions apply.' After she finally came out to figure out what battery we needed, she continued to act like we were idiots and wasting her time and we decided to go to the AutoZone off 6th and Centreplace. They told us that they know about Janine and that she is very rude and lazy and helped us out with no issues. I would recommend to anyone needing auto parts or help in the area to spend the extra five minutes to go to an AutoZone with actually helpful and polite employees.
