- TTTracy Nelson (Ms. Tracy)6 days ago5.0well I thought the manager James had quite a good attitude and I don't agree with my counterpart Robert who thinks that the store manager's fault is because of the computer system is ringing up the wrong price on the advertised shop pro full strength and freeze coolant price which on the website and on the ticket in the store shelf says 13.99 The computer rang it up at $14.99. when I pointed this out to James and asked what the deal was or if this is a current trend among store stores and retail businesses he was obliged to confirm that the ticket on the shelf was $13.99 and he changed an adjusted the price on the on my outgoing sales ticket with a good attitude and a smile unlike other AutoZone we've been to where they meet you with an attitude and a throw an extra dollar at you like it's a big deal so IT for AutoZone you ought to get to your programming straight because you are ripping off your customers and this age of retail competition perhaps you should get it right okay.
