  Purchased two tire chains online. Received an email that said BOTH were ready to be picked up. Drove all the way to this store from Centennial only to find out that they had only one ready for pickup and they didn’t have another one in stock. We were told by the “manager”? that it was the fault of the computer system. Really? I get an email saying that they are both ready but not an email saying that there was only one? Well, this pissed me off and I wanted a refund. There is no reason I NEED JUST ONE CHAIN. Stupid. As I’m standing there waiting for the refund getting madder and madder because it’s taking too damn long, the “manager” proceeds to cop an attitude with me. THE CUSTOMER. Even went so far as to say to me “You cop an attitude with me then I will cop one with you.” If a “manager” can treat a customer that way no matter how the customer acts then I will never step foot inside ANY AutoZone ever again and I suggest you reprimand the one at this store before he does it to another one of your customers. If he hasn’t already. Bunch of idiots that do not know what good customer service is supposed to be. All he did was piss me off even further instead of just deescalating the situation or getting me out of there faster.

  Went to go get things to do my oil change. Got the correct oil and filter to get the promotion as well as a 2 for 5 deal. Went to go checkout and the total was coming out to 48. Employee wasnt understanding that 30+5+ Tax should be around 38. 2nd employee came up and sort of understood but said there was nothing they could do. Saying that I was referring to old promotions when it is clealy posted where the oil is. They proceeded to mock me and swear about me in spanish thinking I wasnt going to understand. Proceeded to just leave because that is completely unacceptable. Ended up going to the location down the street and was able to get helped there. Highly avoid this location.

  URIEL SALAS gave me great customer service! And told me about all the great deals that you guys had to offer. I will be returning because of his services. He’s a great guy!

  Call hold time is horrible. Waited on hold for 30 minutes for something that only took 2 minutes.
